My name is João Cruz, I'm a photographer and videographer based in Porto, Portugal. I am currently working as an freelancer with a wide range of clients.
I recently became a freelancer again, after four years as a senior photographer at The Fladgate Partnership, a holding company that has businesses in Port Wine, hotels, restaurants and museums.
My personal work is based on the connection between people and nature, identity and sense of place.
I've been teaching photography and video since 2014 in several contexts.
